• Subscription-based usage tiers and quotas

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers with different usage quotas and features:

• Starter Plan: $19/month - 10 storyboards, 100 scenes, 200 images
• Pro Plan: $58/month - 50 storyboards, 500 scenes, 1000 images
• Enterprise Plan: $137/month - 200 storyboards, 2000 scenes, 4000 images

Payment and Billing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Generate inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our AI systems
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission
• Exceed your subscription quotas or attempt to bypass limitations

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of:

• Text inputs you provide to generate storyboards
• Generated storyboards and images created through our Service
• Any creative works you develop using our platform

Our Service

OPSIS AI retains all rights to our platform, AI models, algorithms, and Service features. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our proprietary technology.

7. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be perfect or exactly as expected
• Our AI models are trained on diverse datasets and may reflect various artistic styles
• Generated content should be reviewed before commercial use
• We cannot guarantee the uniqueness of generated content
• You are responsible for ensuring generated content meets your needs and standards

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPSIS AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold OPSIS AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate your account:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms

• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease
